ADA YouTube Command Center Privacy Policy
ADA YouTube Command Center Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ADA YouTube Command Center handles information obtained when an authorized Google account connects YouTube channels to the application.
2. Data we may access
Depending on permissions expressly granted through Google OAuth 2.0, the application may access YouTube channel information, video and playlist metadata, comments and captions, channel analytics, traffic and audience performance data, and monetization-related analytics where the account is eligible and the relevant permission has been granted.
3. How the data is used
Authorized data is used only to provide channel-management, analytics, reporting, content planning, metadata management, upload and other owner-approved YouTube operations. Data is not used to create unrelated advertising profiles or sold to third parties.
4. OAuth credentials and tokens
The application does not collect the user’s Google Account password. OAuth access and refresh tokens may be stored on owner-controlled infrastructure so the authorized connection can continue without repeated sign-in. Access is limited to the permissions approved by the account owner.
5. Data sharing
Google/YouTube user data is not sold. Data is shared only when technically necessary to operate the authorized service, comply with law, protect security, or when the account owner explicitly directs an action through a connected service.
6. Storage and security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect OAuth credentials, tokens and authorized YouTube data. Access is restricted to the owner and systems required to perform the approved YouTube management functions.
7. Retention and deletion
Authorized data and credentials are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the connected channel-management functions. The account owner may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. When access is revoked or the connection is deliberately removed, the related credentials are no longer used and may be deleted from the operational system subject to legitimate security, backup or legal retention requirements.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
ADA YouTube Command Center’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. User control
The Google account owner controls authorization. Permissions can be reviewed and revoked through Google Account security settings. Channel-management actions are performed only within the scope of granted permissions and owner-authorized workflows.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the application’s capabilities or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL.
